Defective or wrong goods
Send an email with the subject "DEFECTIVE ARTICLE ORDER N. XXXX" to: info@shopdada.it​
The products on which problems have been found must be specified in the e-mail, attaching a photo of the detail.
Within 48 hours, we will send a new product without defects in the event of an actual defect found by us. shipping costs are borne by DADA (Alter.co snc).
Change size
The return for a change in size is suspended due to the "Covid-19" pandemic.
Outlet
The products in the outlet section cannot be returned

Costs:
Shipping is carried out throughout the Italian territory, and the cost is always € 5.90.
Shipping is automatically free if the order reaches € 80.00 spent.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (* working) from the order by express courier
Any warehouse fakes will postpone order fulfillment and you will be immediately notified to replace or wait for the missing item.

It is not possible to change the order after 1 hour from the order itself.

Costs:

Shipping is automatically free if the order reaches € 200.00 spent.

Absence or non-delivery

If a shipment does not, for any reason, reach the recipient and therefore remain in the nearest courier office, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to possibly organize a new delivery or collection at the courier's branch.

It is always advisable to provide as complete shipping information as possible together with a telephone number that is always reachable.
